Is it possible to track my order?

The tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent to all customers when their order ships. You can track your package by visiting the website of the company, entering your tracking number, and clicking the “track” button.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We require 0 – 1 business days to process and verify your order, and 3 – 8 business days for shipping. If your order hasn’t arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track it for you. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

How Can I Pay? Can I use PayPal?

We offer a diverse range of payment options to accommodate our customers' preferences. You can securely make purchases using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Eftpos, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Union Pay. Please note that we do not accept payments by check.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I do not live in the Australia. Can I place an order?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping; however, we are diligently working towards expanding our services to accommodate international orders in the near future. Your interest and patience are greatly appreciated as we strive to enhance our global accessibility.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Our inventory changes daily, so please check back for store updates and news announcements on product releases.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are currently not accepting inquiries regarding wholesales.

What is the shipping Fee/Cost?

We offer free shipping all over Australia.
